Experience
David joined Guardian in 2024 with more than 20 years of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and executing multifamily transactions. Previously, David was Managing Director and Partner at Pacific Urban Investors, where he was responsible for originating multifamily investments throughout the west. Before Pacific Urban Investors, David was Executive Director, Transactions at PGIM Real Estate.

As the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, David is responsible for leading acquisition activities, developing and refining Guardian’s value-added investment strategies, and leading expansion into new markets. David has a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.
