Gina joined the Guardian team in 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in August 2025. She has an extensive background in lease-ups, outreach marketing, and acquisitions. Before joining Guardian, Gina worked as a Senior Property Manager and was awarded Property of the Year at the 2022 Multifamily NW ACE Awards, as well as Lease Up of the Year.
