Megan Gibson

Experience

With more than 26 years of property management experience, Megan joined Guardian in 2022. Prior to joining Guardian, Megan worked as a portfolio manager and community manager for regional and national property management firms in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona.

Specialities

Currently overseeing properties in the Portland Metro Area, Megan has extensive experience in lease-ups, budgeting, marketing, and team training and motivation. She holds several designations, including Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) from the National Apartment Association (NAA). Megan is also a graduate in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University.
