It’s official. Landing Drive has been named.

Inspired by the Willamette River, Oxbow 49 is named after an “oxbow” or the u-shaped bend in a river, which is also somewhat symbolic of the building’s u-shaped architecture.
The community will offer the best of both worlds—an urban-quality lifestyle in a premium-finish, high-end building nestled within the refuge of a quiet, safe, suburban-style neighborhood. It’s a sanctuary connected to both the city and nature alike, more fluidly than anywhere else in Portland. It offers space to breathe and room to rejuvenate, without compromising access to the city. Residents will have access to a courtyard park, community room and sky deck overlooking the Willamette and even paddle boards for getting up close and personal with our favorite river.
Oxbow 49 will offer studios, one and two bedroom floor plans. Homes are outfitted with nine foot ceilings, heating and air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hard surface flooring, bicycle storage and full size washer and dryers.
Guardian Real Estate Services, developer and residential manager of Oxbow 49, is thrilled to be part of the newest multifamily addition to the John’s Landing neighborhood. Our full website is coming soon but for now, you can sign up for more information on our splash page
