With a decade of operations experience, Staci began her career as a community manager and quickly worked her way up the ranks. Before joining Guardian in 2023, Staci worked as a portfolio manager and community manager for regional and national property management companies, covering Oregon and SW Washington.

Staci specializes in conventional housing with a focus on team development and empowerment. She is well-versed in reporting and managing operating expenses, including preparing annual budgets and overseeing financial accuracy. Staci is also a certified real estate broker in the state of Oregon.

My enthusiasm for rock climbing and long-distance running! I can often be found at the gym or spending time with my young daughter. I also enjoy traveling around this great state of Oregon, or anywhere I can put my toes in the sand on a warm beach.
