Congratulations to Guardian’s 2015 ACE Award Winners and Nominees!

Last week, Multifamily NW held their annual ACE Awards Gala at the Portland Art Museum. The ACE Awards are the industry’s premier event recognizing and rewarding exemplary contributions and service within Property Management. Guardian honored 13 employee nominations. Multifamily NW received a record number of submissions, and Guardian proudly walked away with two award winners! This person demonstrates a strong work ethic, a professional attitude and a willingness to learn from their managers to create a successful maintenance team. The Maintenance Manager of the Year award recognizes one who has shown outstanding efforts and organizational skills and who has maintained overall property performance and appearance. This professional demonstrates a strong ability to train and mentor others. The whole property is not successful without an exceptional maintenance team. A successful maintenance manager leads by example, possesses good leadership skills and always gives 110%. One of Guardian’s core values is that exceptional maintenance is key to a successful property. This sector of our business is what keeps an asset consistently performing so that our management team can be successful.
