Celebrating at the 2025 Multifamily NW ACE Awards

The Guardian team was well-represented at the 2025 Multifamily NW ACE Awards! Our team gathered to cheer on our nominees and celebrate their successes.

We are thrilled to share that Steven Owens was recognized as Maintenance Tech of the Year in the 100-199 category! Steven joined the Guardian team in May 2025 as the Maintenance Tech at Champion Park in Tillamook, Oregon.

The Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) Awards honors leaders in property management who proudly create thriving apartment communities and who are role models for others to strive to emulate.

A quote from his nomination sums up why Steven was a fitting choice for this award:

“Steven always shows up ready to get the day started, he stays on top of property's needs but also the wants. He understands that each day is going to be something new and remains flexible. He is also doing amazing at training our newest recruit."

We were also proud to have a total of 10 nominees representing Guardian. Each of these nominees go above and beyond every day to serve their residents and their communities. Thank you for all you do!
