95% Club winners are recognized for their outstanding performance in resident satisfaction. This prestigious designation highlights our communities commitment to exceeding industry standards and providing an exceptional experience for its residents and guests. To qualify for the 95% Club, properties must have scored in the top 5% when compared to the Kingsley Index in overall resident satisfaction.
To be eligible to compete for the 2026 awards, communities must be enrolled for at least 30 days, have at least 15 survey responses, and exceed the Kingsley Index for overall satisfaction and/or property recommendation in 2025. Read more about the Grace Hill Excellence Awards here.
