Guardian Honored as a Top Workplace for Fourth Year in a Row
For the fourth year in a row, The Oregonian named Guardian a winner of the Oregon and Southwestern Washington Top Workplaces Award. Based solely on employee feedback, organizations earn recognition if their aggregated scores exceed national benchmarks.
This year, Guardian was recognized at 45th in the midsize category (100-499 employees) for Oregon and Southwest Washington, and only 115 companies made the list.
The Top Workplaces is a regional survey, and we invited our Oregon and SW Washington team members to participate. Nearly 200 employees participaterd, highlighting both what Guardian is doing well and where we have room to improve.
This year, we were pleased to receive top scores in pay, interdepartmental cooperation, and meaningfulness. Thanks to our team's feedback, we also identified opportunities for improvements that our leadership team is taking action to address. As always, we are grateful for the feedback received, and congratulate our employees for making us a Top Workplace!
