Guardian Recognized as a Top Workplace for Fifth Year
For the fifth year in a row, The Oregonian honored Guardian as a winner of the Oregon and Southwestern Washington Top Workplaces Award. Based solely on employee feedback, organizations earn recognition if their aggregated scores exceed national benchmarks.
This year, Guardian was recognized at 38th of 44 in the midsize category (100-499 employees) for Oregon and Southwest Washington, and only 102 companies made the list in total.
The Top Workplaces is a regional survey, and we invited our Oregon and SW Washington team members to participate. Nearly 200 employees provided feedback, highlighting both what Guardian is doing well and where we have room to improve.
This year, we were pleased to receive top scores in values, leadership, and meaningfulness. Thanks to our team's feedback, we also identified opportunities for improvements that our leadership team is taking action to address. As always, we are grateful for the feedback received, and congratulate our employees for making us a Top Workplace once again!
