This month, we feature Baylee Gough. Baylee joined Guardian in March 2024 as the Assistant Manager at Fuller Station and was recently promoted to Community Manager of Terrace at Mount Scott, Acadia Gardens, and Town Center Station in Happy Valley, Oregon.
