This month's Team Spotlight features Desiree Roberts. Desi joined Guardian in March 2021 as a Portfolio Manager. With more than a decade of industry experience, she is well-versed in affordable housing, including LIHTC, HUD, RD, and HOME, and oversees properties throughout Oregon.
"The most rewarding thing about my job is seeing the growth within our company...witnessing that internal growth, recognizing the employees for what they bring to the table, and letting them spread their wings and fly within our company."
