This month's spotlight is on Eddy Baltazar. Eddy joined the Guardian team in January 2024 as a Maintenance Lead at Merlo Station. Located in Beaverton, Oregon, Merlo Station provides homes for households earning less than 60% of the area's median income (AMI) levels.
