Each video, we'll introduce you to a different team member, giving you a glimpse into their unique journeys and celebrating their stories, talents, and dedication.
This month's Team Spotlight features Luis Vazquez. Luis joined Guardian in June 2019 as a Maintenance Lead, and was promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor in June 2022. In his current role, Luis oversees maintenance for Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and parts of Oregon.
"Part of my role is also to help Guardian be successful in agency inspections. We are very proud of what Guardian has done in the industry with agency inspections. We are seen as the leader in providing good housing on the affordable housing side."
