Meet our September Team Spotlight, Michael Alderete. Michael joined Guardian in August 2025 as the Maintenance Supervisor at La Terraza. La Terraza offers affordable apartment homes to seniors in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
"I like the support that we have... It's not a specific moment, just every time I know that I can reach out to Kevin or Luis, and they would answer me within the day. That's when I know I had the support from the team."
