Our April Team Spotlight highlights Michelle Bushnell. Since joining Guardian in September 2024, Michelle has served as the Community Manager at The Louisa in Portland, Oregon. In 2025, Michelle was a nominee for Property Manager of the Year for the MultifamilyNW ACE Awards.

The encouragement, a personal outreach to say thank you for doing a great job, the appreciation of the difference you're making—to me that all really matters, and it's really wonderful to be a part of that."
