This month's spotlight is on Travis Jones. Travis joined the Guardian team in June 2019, starting at Rose Villa in Roseburg, Oregon. Currently, he is a Maintenance Technician at Village East and College Corner in Springfield, Oregon. In 2022, Travis was recognized at our annual leadership conference as Maintenance Technician of the Year.
