Experience

As Portfolio Manager, Julianne brings over 20 years of experience in property management, specializing in helping owners maximize revenue by working closely with site teams to ensure every aspect of their assets is properly maintained and optimized. Before joining Guardian in August 2025, Julianne spent eight years as a Regional Manager with GSL Properties. When those properties transitioned to Guardian ownership, she continued overseeing them, giving her extensive knowledge and familiarity with each site.

Specialities

Julianne’s experience spans LIHTC, market rate, and commercial property management. She has completed multiple lease-ups and has overseen numerous capital projects, including rehabilitation and renovation work across several properties. As a versatile and hands-on manager, Julianne is dedicated to supporting her teams and communities in every aspect to drive operational excellence and long-term success. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from New Mexico Highlands University.
