Kevin Burke

Experience

Kevin joined the Guardian team in 2012, and his career has progressed through Community Manager and Operations Specialist positions, including a hybrid Area Manager and Regional Maintenance role. In July 2024, he was promoted to Regional Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of communities in Arizona. Prior to joining Guardian, Kevin was a maintenance technician at Legacy Management Group.

Specialities

Kevin is well-versed in affordable and market-rate housing, as well as independent living facilities. His background in both maintenance and management gives him a unique perspective into the operations of his communities. He is dedicated to team support as a hands-on leader and mentor. Kevin has a certification in Hospitality, Facilities Management and Design, and is a certified firefighter from Middletown Township Fire Academy.
