She recently marked six years with Guardian, where she has led teams and supported properties in achieving high occupancy and strong financial results. Melissa is passionate about developing staff, strengthening operations, and ensuring long-term success across the communities she supports.

She holds an RD certification, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, and an accounting degree, providing a strong foundation in regulatory and financial performance.
