Customer Service Month Starts May 1st!

Welcome to the kickoff of Guardian Management’s annual Customer Service Month!

Although we know that every day is a day to celebrate our residents and the great service we provide, we like to take one month of each year and find fresh, new ways to set ourselves apart and create a true “Guardian Experience“.

To help our communities get the celebration underway, we’ve created a calendar that details the themes of each week, project ideas to enter for weekly awards, and the best ways to show off your hard work. We’ve also included a flyer template for you to use in advertising your projects to current and prospective residents. Feel free to change these flyers to fit your community and your plans, then post them and hand them out to visitors!
