The awards recognize the top 10% in the nation based on the results of resident surveys across five touchpoints – lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out. To be eligible, communities must have been a part of the program for at least nine months and completed 20 or more surveys in 2023.

In total, 95 properties were recognized, including 15 of Guardian's communities:

#74 – Glenridge (Bullhead, AZ)
