Guardian ranks #10 on the Portland Business Journal’s Commercial Developers list.

With the addition of Slabtown Square and Tiller Terrace to our development portfolio in 2024, Guardian moved up three spots from the previous year with a total of 798k square feet developed from 2019 to 2024.
