Guardian Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Luis Vazquez to Regional Maintenance Supervisor, effective July 2022. In his new role, Luis will join Eric Cornelius, Kevin Webb, and Tyler Hazel as part of the Regional Maintenance Leadership Team.

Luis joined the Guardian team four years ago in the role of Maintenance Supervisor at one of our largest properties. Most recently, he has been serving as a Roving Maintenance Lead, offering support to our site teams and ensuring proactive maintenance at our properties. His drive and work ethic, coupled with his willingness to take on new challenges and jump in whenever needed, has made him an integral part of our team.
