Guardian Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Hollie Forsman to Vice President of Property Operations, effective March 2022.

In the past year, Hollie Forsman excelled as the Director of Property Operations. Her achievements include building a solid Portfolio Manager team, contributing to the executive team, and managing complex client relationships. Hollie’s tenacity and collaborative, team-first approach make her an excellent fit to run Guardian’s property operations. In her new role as VP, Hollie will continue to build on her past successes and take on the additional responsibility of overseeing the Maintenance department.
